Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, worn swimwear cannot be returned.

Items marked as Final Sale and Gift Cards are non-returnable.

To start a return, please contact us at service@curveglowplus.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please do not return items without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@curveglowplus.com.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund. In this case, we will cover the return shipping cost.
