Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, worn swimwear cannot be returned.
Items marked as Final Sale and Gift Cards are non-returnable.

We accept exchanges. If you need a different size, please contact us at service@curveglowplus.com within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange it.
Return Process
Email service@curveglowplus.com within 30 days of delivery to start your return. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid return label — return shipping is on us. Please wait for our instructions before shipping anything back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@curveglowplus.com.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund. Return shipping is on us.
